7:30am 1,000, Row Time Trail
Felt fast at the start and I was able to hold a sub 1:40/500m pace. Short and fast does not suit me well so sub 3:20 is a good time for me. I used to put in lots of time on the row a few years back and pulled 6:52 for 2k( 1:43/500m) @ 163lbs ! Hard to believe that I used to weigh 20 or so pound less than that I weight now.
